How long do orders take?

All orders are custom made, that means we have our hands on each and every item, making sure it's perfect just for you. Cup and Tumbler orders generally are shipped in 3-5 days although we sometimes need to re-order colors that are out of stock. If you need to have your order rushed, please note that in the order notes. Other products may take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on the complexity. Wholesale orders vary depending on how large they are and the items ordered.

Can I get a Peloton (or other logo) on my item?

In a word, no. We can't duplicate logos on items, due to copyright restrictions.  If you are ordering items for a school or club, I can do the logo as long as I have official written permission.

Can I get a cat/dog/motorcycle/etc. on my item?

Yes! As long as the design can be either purchased or drawn by me. I can't just take any design and print it due to copyright restrictions. Additional charges may apply depending on how specific you want the design to be. 

 Can I get a very specific font?

Maybe. It depends. I only use legally licensed fonts and sometimes they are extremely expensive to purchase. Message me about it.

 Can I get a custom quote engraved?

Probably. However we won't knowingly copy a quote that is very clearly violating a copyright.

 

My club really wants xyz item (keychains, frames, wine glasses, anything you can imagine). Can you do it?

Shoot me an email and I'll try!  Some items can be lasered and some can't.  Some plastics can't be lasered, and I don't have a powerful enough laser to etch or cut metal.  Wood, acrylic, glass, and powder coated stainless steel can be lasered.

 

 Do you ship internationally?

Yep! Our shipping software is not smart enough to figure out international shipping, so we will refund the shipping overcharge to you when your order is shipped.

What is your warranty? 

If a product is damaged in shipping, we will replace it.  Otherwise, there is no warranty on everyday wear.  Please triple check your information on your custom items, because we cannot replace misspelled custom items unless it is our mistake.  

Most of our prints will come with a framing option at an additional cost!

For custom sizing inquiries, please feel free to send us an email with some more information and your sizing requirements.

If a print is sold out, feel free to enter your email address in the back in stock form to get notified when it's back in stock! If a painting is sold out, unfortuantely, it won't become available a they are one-of-a-kind.

This changes constantly depending on how busy we are! Usually, we'll update the shop once a month with new pieces.

If you live in the area, you can stop by the studio to view pieces Monday - Wednesday from 10 am - 2pm. 

We do not accept returns but we are happy to replace items that have been damaged or lost in the shipping process.
